Mags 2 Riches is a upcycling fashion brand that combines style and sustainability. As a recent graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology (BFA 2024), I confirmed and discovered many things about myself and my relationship with the fashion industry. I confirmed that my biggest passion in life is fashion and styling, however I discovered that the fashion industry is careless and wasteful and it led me to decide that I wanted to develope a brand that focused on sustainability as much as style. There is enough clothing on this planet to clothe the next six generations of people. Mags 2 Riches creates unique and stylish pieces from second hand clothing, fabrics, and notions to reverse the damage that the fast fashion industry has created.
